10PCS Gelatin Art Needles Tools + Syringe
Gelatin Art Tools are the best and easiest choice for making flowers in gelatin.
These tools are specially designed to allow you to create many different shapes effortlessly. Simply insert the tool into gelatin and inject the color base.
The petals and leaves will maintain the shape of the tool. Combine different shapes and sizes to create new, imaginative flowers.
How to make gelatin:
STEP 1: Making transparent base
What you need: 1 litre of water, 160gr sugar, 10gr jelly powder. You can buy jelly powder from my eBay store here.
Mix jelly powder and sugar.
Pour it into the water, stir well.
Cook it with medium heat until everything dissolves completely. Take out bubbles while cooking.
Pour the hot jelly into base mound and let it set firmly.
Leave a little bit of hot jelly for Step 4 and keep it in a bain-marie.
If you want Dark transparent base, using the black chocolate powder.
If you want Green transparent base, using Pandan juice
If you want White transparent base, using Coconut juice
STEP 2: Making colored jelly for flowers/leaves
What you need: 300 ml water, 80gr sugar, 5g jelly powder, 200ml milk, food color.
Mix jelly powder and sugar.
Pour it into the water, stir well.
Cook it with medium heat until everything dissolves completely. Take out bubbles while cooking.
Add heated milk continue cooking until the liquid boils.
Pour the hot jelly into different cups and add food colors.
Keep the colored jelly in the bain-marie before putting it in syringes or bottles with special needles. You can buy different special needles from my eBay store.
STEP 3: Making flowers/leaves
What you need: Jelly scoop , syringes or Luer Lock Tip bottles with special needles.
Let your dexterity and creativity blooms!!!
STEP 4: Finishing the base
Add the remain hot jelly made in Step 1 into the mould.
Leave everything set firmly.
Turn the mould upside down. Take out the jelly and enjoy!!!
