It is a rubber surface that is great to hold frames for working with resins or any other medium that needs to stay put as you work!

This pad helps in applique placements, fabric painting, placing hot-fix gems and even iron-ons on fabric. Pad can be used with paper for scrapbooking, wood for Woodburning, fabric for quilting, making labels, coloring on fabric and much more! This package contains one 12-1/2x17in black pad. NOTE: Do not leave Irons resting on the pad: this will cause damage to the work surface below.
