Paversand
Paverpol PaverSand is a texture additive medium for sculpting projects. While it isn’t actually sand, it does resemble sand when combined with Art Stone or Paverplast. Use it to create incredible 3D effects such as deep cracks, fissures, and crevices on canvas, figures, wood, glass, metal, pottery, sturdy cardboard, and more. The more you add, the coarser the structure!
Available in two colors, the White Paversand results in a “stone hard” finish, while the Black Paversand results in a coarse finish.
1000 g container.
Working with Paversand
Paversand is a unique product that, contrary to the name suggests, does not consist of sand but is very similar to sand.
Use
Mix 100 grams of Art Stone of Paverplast with approximately 500 grams of Paverpol. Then add the Paversand little by little. This way you can determine the thickness of the pasta yourself. The more Paversand you add, the coarser the structure. Apply the paste to the workpiece with your fingers or spatula. Nice cracks appear when drying.
Paversand can be applied to Paverpol workpieces / statues that are made on the basis of aluminum foil and covered with painter’s tape. The paste also adheres to all kinds of other materials such as wood, glass, earthenware and sturdy cardboard.
Various sizes and types
Paversand, in 1,000 gram pots, is available in two colors and variations: Paversand white / rock hard and black / coarse.
To combine
You use Paversand in combination with Paverpol and Art Stone of Paverplast. With this you create a clay in which beautiful deep cracks and cracks can arise or dries quickly, rock-hard. The possibilities with Paversand are endless, and yours to discover!
